- Orders must be accompanied by pre-payment (check, bank check, money order or credit card number). If sending a personal check, allow two weeks from the date received for processing.
- Phone orders are accepted Mon– Fri 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sat 10 AM – 4:30 PM (pac).
- Credit card orders will only be shipped to the billing address of the person named on the credit card.
- All items that are in stock will be shipped immediately (usually the next business day). Any items not in stock will be placed on backorder until they become available. They will be shipped separately, unless you indicate otherwise.
- Free Shipping offers only apply to items marked "FREE SHIPPING" that are ordered throughour online shopping cart. This offer applies to UPS Ground only, no exceptions.
- If you wish to order by mail,please use the shopping cart to the point where you are going to checkout. Simply print out the form and mail in with payment.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via UPS.
When received, inspect your items carefully for damage or shortages in shipment:
Note any visible shortage or damage to the merchandise or shipping carton on the delivery receipt or on freight bill.
Open all cartons immediately and inspect for concealed damage or shortage.
If damaged, or missing items, save all packaging materials and call MVO within one business day.
Do not return any damaged merchandise without prior authorization.
MVO is not responsible for missing or damaged items that are not reported within one business day of receipt.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Special Orders that are cancelled before we ship are subject to a 10%cancellation fee.
MVO has a two week money back return policy (less shipping costs). If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from MVO, just call the music store within 14 days of receipt to arrange the details of your return. Some restrictions apply.
All returns must: 1) be in original, undamaged, new condition and 2) include all warranty cards, literature, packaging, etc. All returns are subject to inspection and up to a 20% restocking fee.
Our music store does not accept returns on harmonicas, videos, books, sheetmusic, drumsticks, drum heads, software/hardware, pickups, mouthpieces, reeds,strings, special order items, and due to health concerns, wind blown instruments.
